Shipping Policy

Maragiya offers complimentary U.S. domestic standard SHIPPING on select merchandise.
We are a small, family-owned business and take pride in ensuring your items are shipped with the best care. We are always working on better ways to serve you. Please carefully read our shipping and delivery policy for your orders.


•Please allow 5-10 business days to process shipping requests. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a more detailed estimated delivery time.
•Please note, before processing and dispatching your purchases, we must confirm your credit card information with your card issuer. This may cause additional delays in the processing of your order.

•All orders will be shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays.
•Maragiya is not responsible for weather-related shipping delays.

**Please note, all delivery times are only guidelines. Maragiya does not consider an order to be overdue until a week after the specified delivery date has passed.

During high-season sale periods (November-December; March-April), please allow an additional business days to process orders.
We offer shipping to the following locations:

•Continental United States

Items shipped within the continental United States should arrive within 5-10 business days after the order has been processed.
Hawaii and Alaska

Items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 business days to arrive after the order has been processed. Please contact us directly for deliveries to these locations.


Maragiya appreciates and honors our military service members. Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be via USPS standard delivery. Items shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses should arrive within 14-21 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Please contact us and we will place your order manually.
•U.S. Territories

Items shipped to any U.S. Territory should arrive within 14-21 business days after the order is processed and shipped.


Unfortunately, we do not ship to international addresses at this time.

•All items shipped in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) standard, insured mail. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Orders can be tracked at within 24-48 hours after you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

•We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once the order has been processed and shipped.

•Large Furniture – A white glove service is required for large furniture, as USPS does not ship oversize items. White glove service is at cost to the customer. You will be notified of any required white glove service and associated fees upon confirmation of your purchase.
•Required Signatures – Maragiya insures all items during shipment. All domestic packages require a signature at the time of delivery. Once a signature has been given, all responsibility for the item is passed to the signee. The individual who signs for the package confirms receipt and will be held accountable for the package.
You may choose to waive the signature requirement when you order your items. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. Please be aware, if you waive the signature requirement you are completely responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. Maragiya is not responsible and no refunds will be issued for deliveries that waive the signature requirement.

•Lost or Stolen Items – Maragiya is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please ensure your order shows the correct address and packages are not left on your porch.

If an item is lost or stolen, contact us and we can submit a claim with USPS. Please be aware, the process takes several weeks and most claims are refused. USPS does not issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered in their tracking system.
