Return & Refund policy

By utilizing our Returns and Refunds Policy, you have the right to return your handcrafted basket order within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund excluding delivery charges, provided the goods are unaltered, unworn, unused and undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received. The article must be in its original condition with original tags affixed to the merchandise. We cannot honor any returns after the 14 day period.

This policy excludes vintage, artisan, handmade, handcrafted home decor and furniture items, gift baskets, as well as final sale items. Opened and used skincare toiletries and earrings are exempt from returns and refunds.

We do not exchange items. In this case, please follow our return policy terms. Return the item(s) within the 14 day period, and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

You must pay for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

We prefer that all items are returned to us using a shipping provider that issues a tracking number. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a traceable method.

Please remember to ship your return package fully insured for the entire amount of the item since your return cannot be processed until the item has been received in the office and inspected. Insurance coverage for full value is highly recommended, as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. It may take up to 14 business days to issue a refund. Credit card refunds may take up to an additional 10 business days for your bank to complete.

Refunds are processed after the item(s) is inspected and deemed free of damages and altercations. We will notify you with the confirmation. We will issue a refund to your credit card or your or Paypal Account.

We regret that we cannot enter into any phone communication in regards to refunds once items have been returned. Our chosen form of communication for legal reasons, in this case, is either email or via letter post.

Return Policy for Canceled Orders

You cannot cancel an order once we have shipped it. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

We offer replacements for damaged or defective items as long as you submit a damage or defect claim via email to within seven (7) days of the item’s delivery. We will not accept claims via the phone. We will only issue a replacement if we can verify damaged gifts or discrepancies.

Loss Claims

You must report loss claims to us via email at within fourteen (14) days from the order date. We will not accept loss claims via the telephone. We will replace basket items (this does not apply to non basket items) that were lost prior to delivery; however, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after delivery.
